Since 2014 Who We Are
Family-Owned. Community-Minded. Here to Celebrate With You.
Since opening our doors in Chester in 2014, Barbara and I have built Party Fair around something simple: celebration is our business.
We didn't want to create just another store. We wanted to create a place where our customers could find what they need, get a little inspiration, and talk to people who genuinely care about making their celebration special.
More than 10 years later, that's still who we are. We're proud to be family-owned, deeply connected to our local community, and right here to help with everything from the little celebrations to the big ones.
Because every celebration deserves to feel special.

Placed an order last minute and we were super impressed with how quick Chris and his team worked. Even though there was a miscommunication (basically all my fault) Chris was super accommodating and understanding. Great customer service and loved the arrangement.
