About Us
Our Story
Party Fair Chester is a family-owned business, owned and operated by Barbara and me since we opened our doors in October 2014.
Before opening the Chester store, I had already spent years in retail management and the Party Fair business. Today, I bring more than 30 years of experience in buying, merchandising, inventory, customer service and marketing. Barbara and I have always worked together, with her playing an important role in the administrative side of the business, our community relationships, and our growing balloon business.
From the beginning, we wanted Party Fair Chester to feel different from a big corporate store. We wanted to know our customers, understand what they were celebrating, and be the local place people could turn to for ideas, inspiration and everything they needed to celebrate.
Celebration is our business.
Over the years, balloons have become a major part of what we do, from everyday orders and Grab-n-Go designs to custom arrangements, arches, garlands, deliveries and event setups.
After more than 10 years in Chester, we're proud to still be family-owned, still involved in our community, and still here to help our customers celebrate life's special moments.
How We Work
Every event gets a custom design
Designed for your event
No two installations look the same — every arch, garland, and centerpiece is built around your colors, your venue, and your occasion.
Onsite delivery & setup
We deliver, set up and break down onsite for events, from backyard birthdays to corporate product launches.
One stop for the whole party
Need supplies too? Our Chester storefront carries tableware, costumes, favors, and gifts so you're not running to three different stores.
Where We Serve
Our Service Area
Our core area is Chester and the surrounding communities, including Chester, Long Valley, Mendham, Randolph, Flanders, Hackettstown, Califon, Roxbury/Succasunna, Far Hills and Bedminster, as well as the surrounding Morris County area.
We also regularly handle larger custom balloon and event jobs where it makes sense to travel farther. If you're outside our normal service area, contact us about delivery and setup.
